The role and impact As a Student Assistant in Global HR Operations, you will support the team with operational and administrative tasks across a broad range of HR processes. Your work will help ensure a high level of HR support across the Topsoe Group. Your tasks may include:

• Assist colleagues with administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Maintain and update HR policies, processes, and guidelines
• Prepare and update HR information, including intranet content and presentations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support HR-related projects
• Support employee engagement surveys and recurring people processes
• Assist with reporting and reimbursements

You do not need prior experience with every task- necessary training and support will be provided to help you succeed.
