Student Assistant, Global Omni Operations - Finance

Responsibilities

As Student Assistant in Global Omni Operations Finance, you will be supporting the Global Omni Operations Finance team in the planning, analysis, reporting, and controlling of Pandora's logistics and point-of-sale materials (POSM) costs. You will partner with stakeholders in Pandora's Global Office in Copenhagen and with Cluster Finance teams across the globe.

  • Developing, enhancing, and maintaining reports and presentations related to logistics and POSM
  • Tracking and reporting the actualized savings from cost reduction projects implemented across the globe
  • Supporting the month‑end closing process (accruals, consolidation, asset capitalization) for global logistics costs
  • Liaising with Cluster Finance teams to understand drivers of monthly logistics and POSM variances (actuals vs Budget/Forecasts)
  • Supporting ad hoc projects

Qualifications
  • Pursuit of a degree in Business Management, Finance, or Supply Chain (Logistics, Procurement, etc) ideally with at least 1 year left in your studies
  • Genuine interest in Finance and Supply Chain‑related disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Great interpersonal skills, as we interact with various Global Office departments and Cluster teams across Pandora
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
About the Team

The Global Omni Operations Finance team consists of a Senior Manager and 4 Business Partners each supporting the three main Distribution Centres in Baltimore, Hamburg and Bangkok, as well as the Global Office business partners for POSM and Global Procurement.

Additional Information

This role is based in Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Working hours: 15–20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required). To apply for this position, you need to currently be a student.
