As our Tactical Planning Senior Specialist for Midterm Planning, you will act as the link between long-term S&OP decision-making and short-term execution, ensuring we can fulfil demand while proactively managing supply, capacity, production, and material constraints. Working closely with stakeholders across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Craft & Supply, you will help secure product availability, inventory health, and sustainable growth.
You combine strong analytical thinking with a practical and solution-oriented mindset. You thrive in complex environments, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and are comfortable challenging assumptions to drive better business outcomes. You are naturally curious, continuously looking for ways to improve processes, tools, and ways of working while contributing to a more agile and responsive supply chain.
