Pandora A/S in Copenhagen invites a Law student to join our Corporate Legal & Crafting team as a Student Assistant. You will gain hands-on experience supporting governance, contracts, compliance and administration in a global listed jewellery company.

Based in our Global Office, you will work 15-20 hours per week, collaborating with senior counsels across functions, and developing your legal skills in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Law or Bachelor of Commercial Law with at least two years completed.
  • Strong Danish and English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Corporate Legal & Crafting team with governance, company law, commercial contracts and compliance.
  • Maintain and administer legal documents, registers and databases.
  • Review and draft NDAs and various contracts; support contract archive management.
  • Support governance matters including Board/Committee work and annual general meeting preparations.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare presentations and memoranda for corporate governance and capital markets matters.
  • Collaborate with Global Legal and stakeholders across Pandora.

Job description

Are you a Law student looking to be a part of a great global legal team in the biggest jewellery company in the world? Then look no further – this is the opportunity for you! Pandora is currently looking for a Student Assistant to join the Corporate Legal & Crafting team based in our Global Office in Copenhagen. Our team is a busy international group of more than 35 people. The team works closely together across geographies and time zones to provide legal and strategic advice and support to the various business functions in Pandora.

As a Student Assistant in Global Legal you will primarily assist the Corporate Legal & Crafting team while supporting the wider legal function on a variety of matters relating to corporate governance, company law, commercial contracts, legal compliance and legal administration & corporate formalities. You will gain hands‑on experience in a global listed company and work closely with experienced legal counsels on projects and day‑to‑day legal matters.

Depending on your experience, curiosity and drive, your tasks and responsibilities will be to support our legal counsels with, among others:
  • Management and administration of legal documents, including obtaining signatures, notarization/legalization and other corporate formalities.
  • Management, maintenance and supervision of Pandora's legal entity and company registry databases, including corporate housekeeping matters across the Pandora Group.
  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and assisting with various commercial contracts and legal documents.
  • Management and administration of our contract archive and legal documentation systems.
  • Corporate governance matters, including support in relation to Board and Committee matters, the Annual General Meeting and Pandora's insider list.
  • Supporting the Corporate Legal team with legal research, preparation of presentations and memoranda, and other tasks relating to corporate governance, company law, capital markets law and commercial legal matters.
  • Supporting the Corporate Legal team on various legal projects and ad hoc matters, working closely with colleagues across the global Legal, Risk & Compliance organisation and stakeholders throughout Pandora.
What is needed to succeed:
  • Candidates enrolled in and actively pursuing a Bachelor of Law program, or a Bachelor of Commercial Law program, who have completed at least the first two years of their studies, are eligible to apply for this position.
  • You have good Danish and English proficiency skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skills and experience with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of and experience using AI tools.
  • Insight or experience with corporate law, capital markets law and contract law is considered a strong advantage.
  • You are proactive and helpful with a can‑do attitude.
  • You have a structured approach to your work.
  • You have a great sense of detail.
  • You are curious, eager to learn and comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You have a positive attitude and are a quick learner.

Global Legal in Copenhagen is made up by 12 lawyers and 1 student assistant. We prioritize a professional environment but always find time for strengthening our personal relations.

Additional Information

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required). In order toapply for this position, you need to currently be an active student.
