As a Student Assistant in Creative Sourcing, you will take on a variety of tasks where creative thinking and sourcing skills come together. A curious mindset and a natural flair for culture, materials, and trends will help you succeed. Creative Sourcing works closely with Design and our External suppliers around the world to develop new ideas and inspirations around materials and techniques.
You will be working within a creative and passionate team who are dedicated to exploring new paths to transform creative ideas into scalable solutions, always looking for the next generation of materials and applications.
As Student Assistant, you will support the Creative Sourcing team in creating the future of Pandora. You will be a natural part of the Product Design team to deliver day‑to‑day activities such as managing the materials inspiration library, exploring global materials trend research and dedicated projects, sharing inspirations with the designers, and maintaining our system, tools & KPIs.

Working hours per week: 15-20 hours per week on average; fewer hours during exams and more when possible and required.
Start date: 1st of September 2026.
