Pandora A/S is seeking a Director, Product Line Lead for Interimwe's Omni Operations, based at our Copenhagen HQ. You will co-own the product line strategy, roadmap, and investments, translating fulfilment and delivery needs into scalable capabilities and technology.

As a senior leader, you will drive global transformation, partner with key functions, and lead a team of PMs, SMEs and Change Managers to deliver value across Pandora's worldwide operations.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in supply chain, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of senior leadership with people management.
  • Strong expertise in distribution centres, warehousing, and order fulfilment operations.
  • Deep understanding of fulfilment, delivery best practices and operational excellence.
  • Experience driving large-scale transformation and capability development across global organisations.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, or similar customer-focused industries.
  • Ability to operate in global, matrixed organisations across multiple markets.
  • Strong business and technology acumen to connect strategy, operations and digital solutions.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Co-own the Omni Operations Line strategy, roadmap and investment priorities as a Product Line Leadership Team member.
  • Represent the voice of the business and prioritize initiatives across strategic objectives and value.
  • Govern evolution of global fulfilment and delivery capabilities, processes and ways of working.
  • Act as senior business representative for fulfilment and delivery capabilities, ensuring governance and value realization.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, SMEs, and Change Managers.

As Director, Product Line Lead, you will provide business leadership for Pandora's Omni Operations Product Line, translating fulfilment and delivery strategy into scalable capabilities, processes, and technology investments that support our global growth ambitions.

As a key member of the Product Line Leadership Team, you will co‑own the product line strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities while ensuring alignment between businessobjectives, operational needs, and technology delivery. You will act as the senior businessleadfor fulfilment and delivery capabilities globally, partnering across functions to drive transformation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Leading a team of7, you will play a critical role in delivering the capabilities and solutions that enable exceptional customer and business outcomes across Pandora's global operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Co-ownthe Omni Operations Line strategy,roadmapand investment priorities as a member of the Product Line Leadership Team, ensuring alignment between businessobjectives, operationalneedsand technology delivery
  • Represent the voice of the business within the Product Lineand drive holistic prioritization acrossinitiatives, balancing strategicobjectives, customer impact, operational value, technical dependencies,capacityand investment considerations
  • Govern the evolution of global fulfilment and delivery capabilities,processesand ways of working, ensuring they support Pandora’s operating model, growthambitionsand customer objectives
  • Act as the senior business representative for fulfilment and delivery capabilities, fostering strong stakeholder alignment across Global Omni Operations, D&Tand other functions, while ensuring effective governance,deliveryand value-realization across the product line
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Change Managers, building the capabilities, culture and organizational effectivenessrequiredto deliver long‑term outcomes.
What is needed to succeed

We imagine that you bring extensive experience withinsupplychain,logistics, fulfilment, or operations, combined with a strongtrack recordof leading transformation initiatives in complex, globalorganisations. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of senior leadership experience with people management responsibility.
  • Strongexpertisein distributioncentres, warehousing, and B2B/B2C order fulfilment operations.
  • Deep understanding of fulfilment anddeliverybest practices and operational excellence.
  • Experience driving large-scale business transformation, processoptimisation, and capability development.
  • Experience working within retail, fashion, FMCG, or similarly complex customer‑focused industries.
  • Experienceoperatingin global, matrixedorganisationsacross multiple markets and locations.
  • Strong business and technology acumen, with the ability to connect strategy, operations, and digital solutions.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and decision‑making capabilities.
