In this global role, you will report directly to the Executive Assistant to our Chief People & Planet Officer (CPPO). You will become part of a diverse and collaborative team where curiosity, initiative, and a can‑do attitude are valued.
As our Student Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the People & Planet organisation while helping create a positive and engaging employee experience. In particular, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our onboarding experience, helping new colleagues feel welcome, connected, and set up for success from day one.
We are seeking a proactive and structured Student Assistant to support our P&P team. You are organized and able to balance and prioritise between different tasks and needs. Ideally, you are, but we also like to be surprised:
This role is based in the creative Pandora Global Office in the centre of Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required). Preferred, 2–3 days weekly.
To be eligible for this position, you must currently be enrolled in a relevant education programme and have a minimum of one year remaining of your studies when starting the position. We welcome applicants from a variety of educational backgrounds, including university degrees, academy profession programmes, professional bachelor programmes, and other relevant education pathways.
