Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Vejle, Denmark is seeking a Student Assistant to support and coordinate Offshore Sales projects within the Offshore division. This part-time role helps maintain momentum as part of the Cost Management team, assisting in optimizing the Sales Calculation Governance process.

You will work on multiple tasks across the sales calculation tool, bridging teams and stakeholders, updating content, and contributing to software development and new deliverables while

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master student in Finance & International Business or Information Systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Macro and VBA.
• Proficient in Danish and English with solid communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Organized, proactive and independent with a flexible personality.

Responsibilities

• Support Offshore Sales calculations by reviewing Basic Key Assumptions.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders in the sales calculation tool.
• Maintain and update the sales calculation tool content.
• Improve instructions and checklists with project teams.
• Update content of the sales calculation tool and assist in software development.
• Ensure adherence to calculation activities and SGRE logic.
• Track project data and update status lists.
