Job summary

Semco Maritime invites applications for a Student Assistant, Contract Management in the Renewables division. You will support contract administration across offshore renewables projects, assisting with follow-up on obligations, deadlines, and documentation while learning from experienced Contract Managers.

The role is approx. 15 hours per week, with work locations in Esbjerg, Copenhagen or Gdynia and no travel expected. A strong foundation for a future career in contract management awaits you.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in law, business administration, construction project management or a similar field, with at least two years remaining.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical and structured approach to tasks, documentation and deadlines.
• Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn new systems.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contracts and project documents in document management systems.
• Tracking contractual obligations, key dates, deliverables and follow-up actions.
• Supporting variation, claim and risk registers and coordinating input from project stakeholders.
• Preparing draft variations, letters, reports and status overviews for review by Contract Managers.
• Following up on actions and deadlines while supporting meeting preparation and health/safety standards.
