Job summary

Fuller Technologies seeks a Technical Sales Manager – Pyro & Grinding to drive growth in spare parts, wear parts, services, and upgrades across selected cement accounts in the EMEA region. You will strengthen customer relationships and deliver measurable results through technical insight and strategic partnerships.

You will travel 70-80% and collaborate with global teams, supporting sales and engineering to ensure optimal solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the cement industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of Pyro & Grinding equipment.
• Knowledge of cement process equipment with spare parts and services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise for Pyro & Grinding equipment.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities for spare parts, wear parts, services, and upgrades.
• Support sales teams and local agents in developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal Engineering teams to ensure optimal technical solutions are delivered to the customers.
• Conduct regular site audits and visits to customer installations.
• Complete required reporting and actively participate in internal and external meetings to achieve business targets.
• Strengthen partnerships with sales managers and local agents to ensure competitive advantage.
