Fuller Technologies seeks a Head of Sales to lead global sales activities for Pyro & Grinding equipment, with the role based in Allentown, Copenhagen, or Chennai. You will drive order intake, growth in key markets, and commercial excellence across the business.

You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, cultivate senior-level customer relationships, and guide complex opportunities up to 20M USD, shaping strategy and achieving sustainable, profitable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree required (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
• 10+ years commercial experience in the cement industry.
• Proven success leading sales teams and securing high-value engineered equipment or system sales.
• Track record of selling complex, multi-component solutions up to 20M USD.
• Familiarity with export financing structures, ECAs, international contracting, and equipment warranty frameworks.
• Strong understanding of pyro-processing and/or grinding technologies highly preferred.
• Highly effective communicator with credibility at C-suite level in customer organizations.
• Skilled negotiator with strong commercial judgment and risk awareness.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global product and solutions sales team to achieve order intake, revenue, and margin targets.
• Drive sales processes from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closing, ensuring discipline and collaboration with regional sales organizations.
• Provide expert guidance on customer engagement strategies, technical positioning, and value-based selling for engineered solutions.
• Maintain and expand executive-level relationships with major cement producers worldwide, positioning Fuller Technologies as the leading partner for products, solutions, aftermarket and services.
• Lead the commercial structuring of high-value projects (typically 5–20M USD), including technical solutions, pricing strategies, tender preparation, risk assessments, and contract terms.
