Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Copenhagen area to lead complex installations, commissioning, and maintenance on cement industry equipment. You will manage multi-disciplinary field teams, perform advanced diagnostics, and drive operational excellence with a focus on kilns, coolers, and VRMs.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience in heavy industrial environments, fluency in English, and willingness to travel/dispatch on short notice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in heavy industrial environments, preferably cement or related continuous-process industries.
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic expertise with heavy rotary and grinding equipment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution for installation, commissioning, shutdowns, and optimization of heavy industrial equipment.
• Direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary field teams and site deployment.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and advanced troubleshooting on kilns, coolers, and VRMs.
• Conduct diagnostics, root cause analysis, and ensure high equipment availability.
• Plan turnkey maintenance projects and support SAT and project closeout.
• Provide training, customer-facing reports, and technical input to Sales/Engineering teams.
