Aegir Insights is a technology-driven intelligence company serving the renewable energy sector. The Head of Strategy & Operations will be the operational and strategic right hand to the founders, coordinating strategy, governance, legal and finance, and leading the HR & Office function.

Qualifications

Educational background in business, finance, economics, law or related field.
4+ years in management consulting, strategy, operations, chief of staff or similar generalist role.
Ability to own a financial model and challenge numbers without being an accountant.
Experience with boards, investors or senior stakeholders and governance.

Responsibilities

Own the annual strategy process with the founders and oversee strategic bets.
Lead internal strategic projects across product, process, commercial, AI transformation, etc.
Maintain fundraising readiness: timing, runway triggers, data room.
Present strategic items to the board and operationalize decisions.
