Qualifications

• Broad HR partner role covering advisory work and practical processes.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across levels.
• Strong communication with managers and employees in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear position profiles and job ads.
• Partner with managers on leadership, performance, and organizational topics.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Develop and strengthen People & Culture processes and materials.
