Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Solution Engineer in Customer Solutions to bridge customers and Terma's radar organization. You will define and deliver right solutions, work with Sales, PM, R&D, and Customer Services, and lead technical aspects of bids with demonstrations and verifications. Travel ~30–50 days/year is expected.

You will join a twelve-person team of engineers, with opportunities for learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth in a dynamic defense and aerospace context.

Qualifications

• A relevant engineering degree or similar technical education.
• Strong communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage but not required.
• Experience with radar, surveillance, or sensor-based systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, document and verify customer solutions based on Terma’s radar portfolio.
• Translate customer needs into clear system and solution requirements.
• Support sales activities with technical presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Take responsibility for the technical aspects of bids and tenders.
• Provide technical advice throughout projects from solution definition to verification and acceptance.
• Support service technicians and project teams with your technical expertise.
• Participate in testing, demonstrations and verification at customer sites.
