Cari is seeking a Senior Business Partner to strengthen strategic leadership support across Global Manufacturing & Supply IT (GMS IT), a global team of about 1,000 people. You will partner with the GMS IT Vice President and Leadership Team to shape priorities, craft executive narratives, and ensure IT value, risks and priorities are clearly communicated in planning and leadership forums.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance or related field.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in strategic, coordination or business partnering roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across matrixed organisations.
• Ability to structure ambiguity and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills for IT and business topics.
• Confident sparring partner to VP with strong follow-through.
• Proficient in using AI to improve effectiveness.
• Discretion, resilience and a calm senior presence in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in professional English.

• Be a member of the GMS IT Leadership Team to drive meetings.
• Own the Business Partner network across GMS IT for readiness.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and executive updates.
• Drive follow-up on key initiatives across functions.
