Job summary

Sinal seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to elevate the partnership between Finance and IT&T, turning investments into clear business value and driving a strategic transformation. You will be a sparring partner to managers across IT&T, ensuring transparency around costs and investments and helping the organization make informed, value-creating decisions.

With 5–6 years in a similar role, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, challenge assumptions, and translate complex topics

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in a similar Senior Finance/Business Partner role.
• Strong collaboration with IT & Technology and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT&T leaders on budgets, forecasts, and investments.
• Challenge business cases and ensure technology investments create value.
• Monitor CapEx and OpEx; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Develop reporting and financial insights to support decision-making.
• Build relationships across IT&T and translate insights into actions.
