ROCKWOOL Group in Hedehusene seeks a Manager for Group Strategy and Business Development. You will lead strategic investigations, develop decision-ready recommendations and influence Executive Management, partnering across regions, businesses and functions.

You will shape analytical approaches, frame complex problems, and drive priority topics such as regional growth, transformation programs and enterprise capability development, while managing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, engineering or related field.
4–6 years hands-on experience from top-tier consulting, corporate strategy or corporate finance.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic investigations and develop decision-ready recommendations.
Influence key decisions at Group Executive Management level.
Collaborate across regions, businesses and functions to drive strategic priorities.
Own and drive strategic projects such as regional growth, transformation, and productivity programs.
Prepare and present strategic recommendations for Executive Management and Board-level audiences.
