Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Hedehusene, Denmark seeks a Senior Contract Manager for large CAPEX projects, overseeing post-award processes and contract administration.

You will work with the Project Support team to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and timely decisions across multinational teams. Travel up to 20-40 days may be required; the role demands strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale projects in construction, renewable energy, or similar sectors.
• Strong contract management expertise with post-award processes.
• Excellent risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft post-award documents including Variation Orders, Claims, and notifications.
• Evaluate supplier performance against contracts and develop mitigation plans.
• Handle contractual disputes and escalate with Sourcing teams as needed.
• Support Project Managers and Directors to ensure deliverables meet terms; run monthly contract meetings.
• Manage contract closure, archive documents, and capture lessons learned.
