Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Manager based in Hedehusene to join the Group Strategy and Business Development team. You will independently lead strategic projects, develop decision-ready recommendations, and influence senior leadership decisions at executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or related programmes.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience from top-tier consulting, corporate strategy or corporate finance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Organised approach and ability to systematise complex material.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel; experience with AI tools.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic investigations and develop decision-ready recommendations for Group Strategy and Management.
• Coordinate across regions, businesses and functions and influence executive decisions.
• Prepare and present strategic materials for Executive Management and Board-level audiences.
• Drive major Group priorities including regional growth, productivity programs and transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholders.
