Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Hedehusene is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Manager to lead group-wide strategic investigations, develop decision-ready recommendations, and influence executive decisions.

You will own cross-functional projects across regions and functions, manage senior stakeholders, and prepare materials for the Board. The role requires a university degree in business/economics/engineering, 4–6 years of hands-on strategy experience, strong MS Office skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or related fields.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience from top-tier consulting, corporate strategy or corporate finance.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Organized approach; ability to work with and systematize complex material.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); comfortable using AI tools; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic investigations and develop decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
• Shape analyses and quantitative models to address core strategic questions.
• Own and drive strategic projects across Group priorities, including growth and productivity initiatives.
• Prepare and present strategic materials for Executive Management and the Board.
