Joining us at our HQ in Hedehusene, you become part of our Group Strategy and Business Development team. Here, you will be welcomed by an ambitious and dedicated team, who owns the Group strategy, drives top priority projects, and assists senior management with various analyses.

What you will be doing

In Group Strategy we drive high-impact strategic projects and enterprise-wide strategic priorities that shape the direction of the ROCKWOOL Group. The role independently leads strategic investigations, develops decision-ready recommendations, and influences key decisions at Group Executive Management level. Working across regions, businesses and functions, the Manager acts as a trusted advisor to the Head of Group Strategy and Business Development, senior business leaders, and Executive Management. The role regularly engages with top executive management and CEO-level stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.

  • Shapeand ownthe analytical approachacross projects/workstreams, ensuring analyses and quantitative models robustly answer the core strategic question
  • Reframe ambiguous, complex problemsinto clear, decision-ready strategic choices for leadership
  • Build distinctive insighton priority topics-going beyond what is already known-using credible internal and external sources
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholdersacross businesses,regionsand functions, driving alignment around strategic priorities and recommendations in collaboration with executive management-level leaders
  • Lead project teams effectivelyacross scope, pace, and quality, providing direction to project members
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations and decision materials for Executive Management, Board-level and other senior leadership audiences
  • Own and drive strategic projectsacross major Group priorities, including regional growth strategies, transformation initiatives, productivity programs, and enterprise capability development topics
What you bring

You arecuriosand enthusiastic about driving progress. You are a strong problem-solver and have solid analytical skills. Moreover, you are a strategic planner by nature, which gives you the capacity toprioritisetasks and steer projects forward through cross-functional collaboration and influence.

It is also vital that you know how tostandyour ground when needed and that you can persuade and ignite inspiration in your surroundings. You know how to swiftly grasp and break down complex issues as well as distil solutions into clear presentations and simple concepts. Likewise, you are known for your ability tocome up withfeasibleand value-adding solutions and communicate these in an easily understood manner.Moreover, we imagine that you :

  • Have a bachelor's or master's degreein business, economics, engineering or other relevant programmes
  • Have4-6years of hands‑on experience from atop tierconsulting firm, corporate strategy function, orcorporate finance
  • Know how to motivateandguideteamsand have great stakeholder management skills
  • Have anorganisedapproach to the task at hand-and ability to work with andsystematisecomplex material
  • Are well versed in Microsoft Office(incl.PowerPointand Excel) - and are a vivid user of AI tools
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
