In Group Strategy we drive high-impact strategic projects and enterprise-wide strategic priorities that shape the direction of the ROCKWOOL Group. The role independently leads strategic investigations, develops decision-ready recommendations, and influences key decisions at Group Executive Management level. Working across regions, businesses and functions, the Manager acts as a trusted advisor to the Head of Group Strategy and Business Development, senior business leaders, and Executive Management. The role regularly engages with top executive management and CEO-level stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and long-term value creation. Shape and own the analytical approach across projects/workstreams, ensuring analyses and quantitative models robustly answer the core strategic question Reframe ambiguous, complex problemsinto clear, decision-ready strategic choices for leadership Build distinctive insighton priority topics-going beyond what is already known-using credible internal and external sources Manage and influence senior stakeholdersacross businesses,regionsand functions, driving alignment around strategic priorities and recommendations in collaboration with executive management-level leaders Lead project teams effectivelyacross scope, pace, and quality, providing direction to project members Prepare and present strategic recommendations and decision materials for Executive Management, Board-level and other senior leadership audiences Own and drive strategic projectsacross major Group priorities, including regional growth strategies, transformation initiatives, productivity programs, and enterprise capability development topics
