Qualifications

• 7–10 years of executive support, administration, or business support roles.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and senior leadership coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, priorities, and meeting planning for leadership.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and arrangements for leaders and teams.
• Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and background information for decision-making.
• Follow up on actions to ensure progress and accountability.
• Coordinate leadership team meetings, workshops, offsites, and events from planning to execution.
• Maintain annual calendars, governance routines, and operational processes.
