Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in international businesses.
• Proven track record leading business transformations, M&A integrations, and ERP implementations.
• Strong commercial and strategic finance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstream of a major M&A integration, ensuring successful business, process, and system integration.
• Drive the transition towards a unified global operating model across multiple entities and regions.
• Lead ERP harmonization and finance process standardization.
• Partner with senior business leaders to improve performance, profitability, and decision-making.
• Build robust forecasting, planning, governance, and control processes.
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team while playing a key role in the Water Treatment leadership team.
