Job summary

Systematic Copenhagen is seeking a Business Development Director for Defence to lead strategic growth in Denmark, building senior relationships across Danish Defence and government. The role directs cross-domain pursuit for SitaWare and IRIS, in close partnership with the VP Sales Nordics.

You bring a long career in the Danish Defence domain, proven ability to win complex multi-domain proposals, and a network across DALO and the Armed Forces.

Qualifications

• Senior Danish Defence leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build long-term, high-value relationships with military and government stakeholders.
• Strong track record in strategic opportunity identification across cross-domain contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape Systematic’s strategy for the Danish market and cross-domain opportunities across Army, Navy, Air Force, Joint and cyber.
• Lead engagement with senior stakeholders across Danish Defence, DALO and the Danish Ministry of Defence.
• Lead on complex proposals and contract negotiations for SitaWare and IRIS.
• Build strategic partnerships, including at EU level, and drive expansion into neighbouring markets.
• Advise on C4I modernisation and interoperability, aligning AI/data insights with doctrine and product delivery.
