Job summary

Moody’s in Copenhagen seeks an Associate Director Relationship Manager for Defence & Security to drive business across the Nordic and Baltic markets. You will lead account management, identify opportunities, and deliver data, analytics and risk management solutions to government and public sector clients.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience in complex sales cycles, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work arrangements are provided to support client engagement and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a relevant B2B sales role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Combination of public sector sales experience and SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling into Government and Public sector markets is highly desirable.
• Experience selling data or software solutions and services in complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and expand trusted customer relationships.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with solution-minded thinking.
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on AI workflows experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and drive new business opportunities in the Defence & Security sector.
• Maintain a pipeline of meetings, presentations and proposals in Government & Public sector.
• Manage and support existing clients to generate and close new product/service sales.
• Understand client projects, objectives, purchasing criteria and decision processes.
• Present solutions to clients throughout a consultative sales process.
• Collaborate with leadership on government strategy implementation.
• Attend industry events and build relationships with industry influencers.
