Job summary

ATLANT 3D is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive opportunities in advanced materials and semiconductor ecosystems. You will identify priority markets, engage with researchers and engineers, and shape funded feasibility studies and joint-development programs across Europe and global markets.

The role is a full-time, hybrid position with approximately 30–40% travel. You will lead opportunities through qualification and collaborate with commercial leadership on quotes and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or complex B2B hardware.
• Proven track record originating and developing technically complex opportunities.
• Able to engage with scientists and engineers while building executive sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify priority markets, applications and accounts to create distinctive value.
• Build relationships with scientists, process engineers, innovation leaders and sponsors.
• Translate roadmaps and bottlenecks into credible use cases and opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities based on technical fit, strategic value, funding and timing.
• Shape paid feasibility studies and joint development programs with clear objectives.
• Coordinate scoping and validation with application scientists, engineers and product team.
• Develop business cases and recommend appropriate customer or market-entry models.
• Co-develop commercial frameworks with leadership and transition opportunities into sales.
