Job summary

Eurofins Discovery is seeking a senior business development professional to drive revenue growth across Europe. You will develop strategic accounts, manage high-value opportunities, and build senior relationships with scientific and procurement stakeholders while expanding cross-sell opportunities within the Eurofins Discovery portfolio.

The role requires a PhD or MSc in Life Sciences and 5+ years of BD/sales experience in CRO, CDMO or related sectors.

Qualifications

PhD/MSc in Life Sciences or related field.
5+ years in BD/sales within CRO/CDMO or Life Sciences or related sectors.
Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and developing strategic accounts.
Strong understanding of drug discovery and preclinical development landscape.
Experience engaging with pharma/biotech customers across Europe.

Responsibilities

Deliver and exceed annual revenue and business closure targets.
Develop and execute territory growth strategy for Scandinavia, Spain and Portugal.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through new business development and strategic account management.
Manage complex opportunities across the full sales cycle, from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and contract execution.
Develop senior relationships across scientific, procurement and executive stakeholders.
Expand key accounts through cross-selling across the Eurofins Discovery portfolio.
Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and commercial reporting.
Provide market and competitive intelligence to support regional commercial strategy.
