Avid Bioservices, a leading biologics CDMO in Europe, seeks a Senior Director, Business Development to grow sales and build strategic partnerships with biotech and pharma clients. You will lead opportunities from prospecting to contract execution and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CDMO sales within biologics/pharmaceuticals industry.
• 5+ years selling biologics development and manufacturing services.
• Proven ability to establish and grow professional client relationships.
• Experience navigating cross-functional teams (tech, ops, legal, finance).

Responsibilities

• Grow market share and revenue within biopharma/CDMO by meeting prospective clients.
• Close new biologics development/manufacturing opportunities and meet revenue targets.
• Lead opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiation and execution.
• Develop long-term relationships with biotech and pharma executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, ops, program mgmt, legal, finance).
• Present proposals and negotiate MSAs, CDAs, and commercial contracts.
