Job summary

Hans Følsgaard A/S seeks a Customer Relations & Order Manager for MarineTech. You will be the trusted contact for a select group of key customers, advising on products and delivery options, and ensuring orders are executed smoothly from quotation to delivery.

In this role you balance relationship-building with practical order coordination, forecast follow-up and cross-functional collaboration to maintain high customer satisfaction and reliable, on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B customer management and order coordination.
• Comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems and structured follow-up.
• Strong communication in Danish and English, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a small portfolio of key customers.
• Manage orders from A to Z, including pricing and delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet commitments.
• Provide proactive updates on quotations, orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Travel 10–15 days per year to meet customers.
