Job summary

Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark seeks a commercially minded Service Sales Manager for Offshore Service Sales in Aarhus. You will own growth with global customers, building long-term relationships and driving service sales of HVAC/R solutions.

Fluency in English and Danish, plus technical insight into marine HVAC/R, are essential. Expect travel ~30 days annually and collaboration across technical, operations, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

Customer-driven and adaptable sales professional with a track record.
Experience in selling HVAC/R solutions to marine/offshore customers.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Own Offshore Service Sales growth across a global customer portfolio.
Develop relationships with offshore operators and marine customers.
Prepare innovative, high-quality estimates and proposals.
Manage sales pipeline and business development activities.
Travel to visit clients roughly 30 days per year.
