Job summary

Emerson is seeking an Order Handler in Naestved, Denmark. You will support the full order lifecycle, from quotation assistance through fulfillment, invoicing, and customer communication, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and a superior customer experience.

You will handle quotation reviews, align orders with quotations, manage ERP entries, and coordinate cross-functional activities to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting order management, customer service, or project coordination.
• Familiar with SAP or another ERP in order processing environments.
• Understanding of Incoterms, payment terms, and contract-related requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the quotation process with pricing reviews and commercial terms.
• Review orders to ensure alignment with quotations and technical requirements.
• Create and manage orders in the ERP system and issue confirmations.
• Coordinate project kick-off activities with internal teams.
• Monitor active orders with planning, procurement, operations, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage order updates and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare and submit invoices and delivery documentation timely.
• Maintain electronic and physical records per processes.
• Build relationships with customers through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with finance teams for payment follow-up and account management.
• Adhere to Emerson policies, including trade compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
