ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Client Director to manage executive relationships with our largest accounts. You will lead virtual teams including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services to support major clients and drive revenue growth.

You will build trust across client organizations, from IT teams to CxO levels, and create roadmaps that align ServiceNow capabilities with strategic outcomes.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in client management and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
• 2+ years in a Client Director or equivalent role with multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and executive-level relationship management.
• Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management within software or IT sales organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to clients and be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
• Work with ServiceNow solution teams to develop tailored solutions based on customer outcomes.
• Manage executive relationships and oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts.
