Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. seeks a Senior Client Director to lead executive relationships with top clients and coordinate virtual teams across Solution Sales, Consulting, Support, and Professional Services.

You will develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer outcomes and oversee worldwide development of accounts. You will manage executive relationships, drive strategic outcomes, and work with global resources to meet licenses, renewals, and professional services targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client management with revenue outcomes.
• 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales solutions and Executive level relationships.
• Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management within software or IT sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to clients and act as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services to develop impact-driven ServiceNow solutions.
• Oversee executive relationships across assigned accounts and coordinate global resources.
