Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years in end-user computing, infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial OT environments preferred.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring teammates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, software deployments, imaging, and licensing compliance.
• Support conference room tech, video conferencing, and unified communications.
• Administer user accounts and access permissions per security policies.
• Deliver ITSM training and create knowledge articles to improve self-service.
