Job summary

STARK Group's Group IT invites a Service Owner to take end-to-end accountability for NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning services, ensuring stability, security, scalability and value delivery.

You will partner with Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors to govern performance against SLAs/KPIs, drive improvements, and align roadmaps with business needs. This role supports STARK's ongoing digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Ownership or similar roles.
• Knowledge of NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong governance, performance monitoring and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for NYCE WMS & Relex SCM Planning services.
• Ensure operational stability and performance against SLA/KPIs.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement across the application landscape.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, IT teams and external vendors.
• Define and execute service roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
