Job summary

Stark Danmark A/S is seeking a Logistics Application Operations Specialist to own 2nd level support for NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning. You will work across the business, IT, and external vendors to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement.

You will build specialist knowledge, maintain relationships, and drive automation and monitoring improvements within Group IT. This role is based in Aarhus, Denmark, and reports to the Head of Standard Application Services.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support for logistics or supply chain environments.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Strong collaboration with business, IT and external partners to improve uptime.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level application support for NYCE WMS and Relex solutions.
• Prioritize and manage incident backlog; assess impact and criticality.
• Collaborate with platform developers, IT and vendors to implement fixes and improvements.
