Job summary

STARK Group is seeking a Service Owner for NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning to ensure stable, high‑performing logistics applications. You will own end‑to‑end service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors.

You will drive SLA/KPI performance, manage service reviews, coordinate upgrades, and align roadmaps with business priorities, helping STARK's digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Ownership or similar roles.
• Familiarity with NYCE WMS and Relex SCM Planning.
• Strong governance, SLA/KPI management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for NYCE WMS and Relex SCM Planning.
• Ensure operational stability and governance against SLA/KPI targets.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and integrations with stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop and implement service roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
