Job summary

STARK Group is seeking a Service Owner for NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning to ensure high availability, security, and performance across logistics applications. You will collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, IT teams, and external partners to govern services effectively and deliver business value.

You will lead governance, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in service ownership or service delivery management.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based governance and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management across logistics and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own NYCE WMS and Relex SCM services with end-to-end accountability.
• Define governance principles and performance metrics.
