As a Service Owner, you will hold end‑to‑end accountability for our NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning services. You will be responsible for ensuring operational stability, service performance based on SLA and KPI's, governance, and continuous improvement across the application landscape.
You will act as the primary link between Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Management, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring that our logistics application services remain reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

You will be part of Group IT and report to the Head of Standard Application Support. You will join a team focused on delivering stable services, strong governance, and the continuous evolution of business‑critical applications supporting our logistics operations.
In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Management, IT Service Desk, Application Support, and Infrastructure teams. You will also work extensively with external vendors and implementation partners to ensure service quality, performance, problem management and continuous improvement.
As Service Owner, you will play a key role in bringing business and IT together, ensuring that priorities, roadmaps, and operational improvements remain aligned across the organisation.
You enjoy taking ownership and creating clarity across complex service landscapes. You balance strategic thinking with operational execution and are comfortable engaging with both business stakeholders and technical specialists.
