Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking a Service Owner for Collaboration & Productivity to own the lifecycle of the Microsoft 365-based portfolio, ensuring secure, reliable, and well-managed services. You’ll partner across Security, Identity, and external suppliers in a Digital Workplace team of 17.

Qualifications

Several years of experience as a Service Owner, Application Owner, Product Owner or similar role.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Entra.
Experience with IT service management and governance including incident, problem, change management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Own the service lifecycle across the collaboration and productivity portfolio with governance, documentation, compliance and readiness.
Define and monitor service-level objectives, availability and user experience; address incidents and recurring problems and implement improvements.
Manage licensing, renewals, budget follow-up, cost control and supplier performance.
Govern access, information sharing, external collaboration, retention and service lifecycles with stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional change and adoption initiatives, exploring automation, AI, standardization and better ways of working.
Act as a trusted advisor, connecting employee needs with operational, technical, security and strategic priorities.
