Job summary

HSO International seeks a Solution Architect Lead for Managed Services to shape the long-term evolution of customers' Microsoft business application landscape after go-live, focusing on continuous improvement and platform optimization across Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

You will collaborate with customer stakeholders and delivery teams on health assessments, roadmaps, and architecture reviews, driving strategic improvement initiatives for enterprise customers and leading

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience as a Lead Architect on large international implementations.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Experience communicating with business and executive stakeholders in global organisations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the long-term evolution of customers' Microsoft business application landscape post go-live.
• Drive health assessments, roadmap alignment, and release readiness for Dynamics 365 programs.
• Lead architecture reviews and strategic improvement initiatives to maximize business value.
