Job summary

R2 Global in Søborg, Denmark, seeks an IT professional to own Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, provide 2nd line support, and drive security and operations across the IT landscape. You will collaborate with an external supplier, implement CIS18, and apply Copilot Studio and AI tools to practical improvements.

Strong stakeholder communication and project coordination are essential for success in this permanent role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, identity management and IT security.
• Experience implementing CIS18 or similar security framework is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or other AI tools and their practical applications.
• Experience managing external IT suppliers and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Structured, independent approach with collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Practical Details
