DLF seeks a Senior ERP Owner & Transformation Lead to own the global ERP landscape, govern the roadmap, and drive the transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 to Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will lead a global team of ERP specialists and collaborate with business leaders, architects, and partners to standardize processes and ensure stability during the transformation.

The role reports to the Global Head of IT Applications as part of the Global IT organization, with international travel

Competenze

• Senior ERP professional with leadership experience across global ERP programs.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing and Ops processes.
• Fluency in English and ability to work across time zones.

Mansioni

• Own and maintain ERP vision, roadmap, lifecycle, backlog and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and IT leaders to drive standard, scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead global rollout and transition to Dynamics 365 Business Central; govern vendors and partners.
