Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Service Manager to coordinate service deliveries and maintain strong customer dialogue across multiple stakeholders. You will plan and follow up on services and budgets, while ensuring smooth execution and proactive problem management.

You will work with a team of five Service Managers, benefiting from an inclusive culture, autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth. Danish language is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Danish language is an advantage but not required.
• Background in business processes and customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service deliveries with customers and internal teams.
• Plan, execute and follow up on services and budgets.
• Monitor service levels and manage problems and contracts.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers to manage expectations.
