Job summary

DESMI Ocean Guard A/S in Aalborg is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Service to lead the global service team, drive collaboration, and contribute to DESMI’s service excellence and business objectives. You will combine strong leadership with deep technical understanding and a commercial mindset to meet sales targets, grow the business, and support a multicultural, international team across regions.

The role also offers the chance to shape global service strategy and collaborate with colleagues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience from an international service or aftermarket organisation.
• Proven leadership skills in managing diverse teams across cultures and age groups.
• Solid technical understanding relevant to the service area.
• Commercial mindset with experience in sales and target achievement.
• Experience with KPI management and performance management.
• Structured, adaptable and able to create results.
• Valid EU Residence Permit.
