Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Project Manager to lead facility projects, refurbishments, capacity planning and expansion across international sites. You will turn business needs into clear plans and manage budgets and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders worldwide.

The role requires a construction/facility background, 3+ years of project management experience, and fluency in English; Danish is a plus. Travel is expected as part of coordinating Terma’s global facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction engineering, architectural technology, construction management, or a related field.
• At least three years of project management experience in construction, refurbishment, or facility projects.
• Solid understanding of technical building installations and systems.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong background in strategic initiatives and long-term planning related to buildings, facilities or capacity.
• Willing to travel internationally as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic facility and building initiatives.
• Lead construction, refurbishment and facility projects of varying size and complexity.
• Manage seating plans, capacity planning and future space requirements across Terma.
• Prepare and manage project plans, budgets, timelines and ongoing reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, international sites, external consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare recommendations and decision-making materials for management, including support for purchase and lease agreements in collaboration with Legal.
