Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a Service Engineer to provide remote support in Denmark, combining dedicated and helpdesk support. The role involves on-site field service, preventive maintenance, and SLA-driven activities across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include second-line support to partners, collaboration with account and product managers, and occasional travel for field resolution and training. English proficiency and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting on Supermicro equipment for enterprise clients.
• Maintain service levels and SLA compliance with proactive maintenance.
• Provide second-line support to resellers and distributors.
• Collaborate with TAM/Service/PM to define service programs.
• Generate fault triage reports and training materials.
• Travel to customer sites for field support and training.
