Job summary

Terma A/S is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive maturity across a global organization. You will lead structured improvements, analyze key business areas, and embed new practices through training and coaching.

Travel to Grenaa, Darmstadt, or Leiden may be required as you collaborate with colleagues worldwide. You will work in a small team of Lean and Six Sigma experts, focusing on accountability, data-driven decisions, and lasting value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, or Value Chain Management.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification, preferred from automotive industry.
• Coaching experience from previous work.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; Danish or German an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks globally.
• Drive proactive, structured improvement and strengthen organizational resilience; lead root-cause problem solving and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Build and standardize continuous improvement capabilities across the organization.
• Monitor performance and maturity to enable transparency and data-driven decisions.
• Establish closed-loop learning and ensure insights are captured and applied.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
